almost 3 million years back in time!
- You will discover with another eye the origin of the different formations of the Quaternary, when the basin of Guadix Baza was a sea … and in what it has become today, creating geological formations of different tones and shapes like the fairy chimneys, which are almost unique in our planet.
- You will learn the stratigraphy, sedimentology and geomorphology and observe the different forms of a spectacular landscape, which is now almost desert, and located between the localities of Gorafe, and Castillejar. We will walk among broom and hemp plants and even see the badlands of the Negratín from a viewpoint to complete a walk that will return to the start.
Our PLUS: After the walk, you can eat a tasty dinner, then end the day with a flamenco show…
sharpening all the senses!.
